Do the courts protect children?

THey try but the system is over burdened & flawed & each case & judge is different but over all they do try to do whats best for the child & makes both sides happy but agian foremost of course is the childs care & safety .... still nothing's perfect. The story you talk about the judge ruled in the abusers favor so something about the mother made it seem to the judge that she was lieing or still more a threat then the abuser.

Ya what does Obama have to do preaching to others about fiscal responsibility ? Obama along with Biden were voted into the top ten most worst wasteful spenders in Washington as US Senators. In fact as a state and US senator Obama voted for every single spending and tax increase. And as reported in the Chicago Sun Times the Obama's were on the verge of bankruptcy and were only saved by Michelle's convenient new job as a director of a Chicago area Hospital . A job she was virtually handed after her then US Senator husband shoveled earmarks to that very Hospital.

I am really curious! At my 11.5 week ultrasound, our baby kept jumping - really jumping high - every time the tech tried to find the heartbeat. Is this normal for a baby to be jumping like that so early on? Or are we having a baby kangaroo? Thanks ( =

I want to move to San francisco but.......?

I want to move to San Francisco but I keep hearing about how expensive it is to live in the city and I’m a city girl. I’m from Cincinnati, Oh where I could live a walk away from downtown and only have to pay $ 600 in rent for a 2 bedroom how wonderful right, but there are no job opportunities there for someone trying to attain a career in fashion and arts. I’ve been to San Francisco before and I LOVE it so it’s hard for me to settle for living in the cheaper outskirts of San Francisco like Oakland :( So my question is with a budget of 1100 for rent is that enough to live in the city in San Francisco?
