Pregnant dream! What does this mean?

I had a dream i was on the floor when my water broke..called my bf from upstairs to get me underwear (weird but thats totally me). When i got to the hospital i was alone in the room. i did not see the deliverly, me and my son were at the house, i was alone in my appt stressed out trying to feed him. its weird cuz i did not know how to feed him nd forgot to burp him but i have 32 cousions and 3 siblings so its weird i did not know how to. then i asked my mom what his name was she said something then she finally said he does not have a name i called the hospital to name him, then i was about to call my bf but i said no i umed he was asleep which he always is, i was already on the phone with the nurse who said i didnt want to recieve phone calls while i was in the hospital, i was about to name him when the scene switch to me saying RILEY MASON JENNINGS....nd i woke up freaking out. what does this mean? he was a beautiful red brown hair, green brown eyes like his parents, he was amazing...i have had a baby dream before i got my bf but it was me saying its a boy in the dream with my current bf...I am confused help?
