I want to move to San francisco but.......?

I want to move to San Francisco but I keep hearing about how expensive it is to live in the city and I’m a city girl. I’m from Cincinnati, Oh where I could live a walk away from downtown and only have to pay $ 600 in rent for a 2 bedroom how wonderful right, but there are no job opportunities there for someone trying to attain a career in fashion and arts. I’ve been to San Francisco before and I LOVE it so it’s hard for me to settle for living in the cheaper outskirts of San Francisco like Oakland :( So my question is with a budget of 1100 for rent is that enough to live in the city in San Francisco?
