At what stage (week) of pregnancy is the baby strong enough to jump?

I am really curious! At my 11.5 week ultrasound, our baby kept jumping - really jumping high - every time the tech tried to find the heartbeat. Is this normal for a baby to be jumping like that so early on? Or are we having a baby kangaroo? Thanks ( =
