Does anyone else refuse to tip?

It depends in more upscale restaurants tipping is frowned on, but it is not about the money it is a courtesy to show that you noticed them and their good work. In my opinion tipping is a good thing if yo frequent the restaurant, but if not a little bit does not hurt. I do agree that they should not expect a tip, but if the person does a good job above the normal expectations I will give a tip.
