I have a baby with an illegal immigrant and she was arrested by INS. She now fabricated a story of abuse and now she has a temporary visa. what can I do to protect myself and fight her alligations of abuse. I was never charged with abuse, never hit the woman and now she is slandering me with such alligations. How do I fight this, will I be present in court to speak on my behalf, what are the steps ?
