I don't know what to do?

i think i'm in love with this guy and he says he loves me, but he's with another girl right now and i kinda feel bad cause i don't wnat her to get hurt.She's not my friend or anything but she's nice. I don't know if i should feel bad about taking her boyfrend or not. i know it's good that i have a councienss but i'm tired of letting go off him because i don't want to hurt anybobdy. (I think he's cared about me for s while, but i always let him go because some other girl liked him)
