Set of physical symptoms sound like?

I have been having some health problems and have been to a doctor without much help. I had a terrible episode of a sciatic nerve flare up about a month ago and it subsided with anti inflamitories..I also have had returning bladder infections and hip and foot pain. I do have arthrisits but it is midly painfull for now... The sciatic nerve started to hurt me again about a week ago and I took the anti inflamitory- I also had a lot of pressure in ocks as if I had to have a bowel movement but I didnt... After the A.I. I started to bleed like I was on my period but I wasnt due, it only lasted one shot along with a lot of liquid...the pain went away... I am due to see a gynocologist near the end of the month but I really wish I could put these symptoms together. I also get back pain on and off and have a hard time sleeping due to the pressure on my hips or ocks. Last symptom,I keep puttting on weight.
