Is this considered statutory in kansas ??

if im 16 about to be 17 in june and my boyfriend just turned 21 by kansas laws is this considered statutory or no cause i looked it up and it says age of consent is 16 in kansas i dont wnat anyone saying you shouldnt be doing it or whatever i just need to know if this is considered statutory or not thanks
