Ok i have noticed something that may be symbolic in Ratatoullie?

Have you noticed that Ego's room is in the shape of a coffin. It's the scene when his servant comes in to let him know that Gusteau's resturant is thriving. It goes into an overhead view and the room is in the shape of an old fasioned coffin. Do you know anything about that?
