Blueberry banana tart?

i'm not a big fan of the mixing jam into cream esp because of the different textures- if you mixed it so it were fully incorporated, you'd lose a lot of the air in the cream and it wouldnt look that great either. if you're keen on having the jam, i'd so another separate layer on top of the cream....watch out for the bananas too since they won't really keep well and will soften and turn brown... not really tri color but sounds good!
