Head lice!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Ive had lice for like 6 months straight n ive tried lice treatments, lice shampoo, and the mayonaise thing and n constantly usin the nit comb. I washed everything in hot water n spayed my funiture with the lice killing spray. But every morning i look in my hair n theres lice crawling around n its so discusting i dont know wat to do!! does anybody have ne advice. i have long n really thick hair, i was thinkin about gettin it cut but i dont know if that would help n i dont even know if theyll cut my hair with lice? my kids have it too n there mixed n its so hard to tell wen they have it cuz there hairs curly and its hrad to get the comb threw there hair
