HELP with ancestor grandmother birth certificate?

I am looking to find my grandmothers birth certificate as I do not know who her father or mother was. Her name was Bridget O'shea and I believe that she was born 1918 +- few years she was born in county Kerry Ireland (but i dont know where) and she grew up in waterville. Can anyone help me to find a usefull website?????
