Is the British Government being kind or cynical to Heteroual Partnerships?

wow there zebra this question isnt about gay civil liberties its about allowing unmarried hetro couples the same rights as a married couple or gay couple joined in a civil ceremony and the simple answer is yes if their relationship has stood the test of time, ie they have lived together for a period of time as a couple then why not? they are in all sense and purpose "MARRIED" just not with the blessing of a church and why should we discrimnate against ppl who have chosen to be together without government or church blessing?
