What's the best way to learn how to ollie on a kick scooter?

Start off by carefully positioning your feet. Your back foot should be near the back of the deck, with a raised heel and your weight centered. The front foot should be near the head of the scooter and angled forward. Be comfortable with the balance and push down with your back foot. Immediately follow by jumping up, leading with your back foot and follow with your front foot after sliding it right to the front of the deck. While jumping, pull up the handlebars to gain more height and bend your knees to cushion the landing.
