Whirlpool fridge freezer problem?

The model num is s20d rbb32. The alarm for the freezer door sounds even when the door is closed.It is not the door switch as i swapped it with the fridge switch and had the same problem.It sounds like a pcb problem but is there any other way of fixing this without replacing the whole unit.
