Why do i get this wired feeling when i have ?

So when I had with my bf we would do it unprotected so he would never put it all the way in. But we did it like three times with condom and he put it all the way in, and it really hurt really bad. It felt like he was hitting something in my stomach, I wanted to cry but I didn't I would just tell him to go slow or to stop. It a wierd felling. I just want to know what can I do, I don't think this is normal, it dosent feel plesent at all.
