Windows vista ultimate 64bit?

Hi I have buy me a vista ultimate cause I need Czech language there instaled. But I cant upload it cause it say no need this instal. Error code 00002. I was able use this before service pack 1 come out, then i could not upload service pack 1 because was not supported in Czech language. I have removed the language and was able upload service pack 1 and 2 for vista. But cant get back the language and I try like 100 times, even restarted PC as error 2 means..no luck at all. Can somebody help me please?
