Any career in BALLET for late starter (started at age 16)?

I know that people who start doing ballet since they were young will have many opportunity for the future career.... for me ive just started ballet since january last year in Bangkok(now i'm 17). im doing RAD grade4 now (only 1 cl a week)and gonna study in intermediate-found cl about mid of this year(3cles/week). I know that there's no chance to be professional dancer because i started too late and ballet is not be very supported here so im thinking of career to do abroad like in USA in the future. is there any career i can do ?? except teacher or other style dancer... and how can i reach it?? and what about being ballet dancer with small companies? is it possible?
