Skin Problems? HELP.... 5 Days to rid of it!?

I go bak to school the 5th.... Okay.. Uhh... My skin Only my hands they remind me of Crocodile skin... You can see EVERY line on my hand... It looks so weird... I've never noticed but I was holding hands with my love and.... I Noticed!!! O my gosh, HELP You shouldnt be able to see EVERY SINGLE LINE on your hand!
