THey try but the system is over burdened & flawed & each case & judge is different but over all they do try to do whats best for the child & makes both sides happy but agian foremost of course is the childs care & safety .... still nothing's perfect. It depends in more upscale restaurants tipping is frowned on, but it is not about the money it is a courtesy to show that you noticed them and their good work. In my opinion tipping is a good thing if yo frequent the restaurant, but if not a little bit does not hurt. I do agree that they should not expect a tip, but if the person does a good job above the normal expectations I will give a tip.

Virus/Cookie help with Antispy Safeguard.?

A few weeks ago I got the fake "Antispy Safeguard" virus on my computer. I realized it was a virus and was sucessfully able to remove it from my computer. However, everytime I go on the internet, my real antivirus program (AVG 8.5) sends me a warning that there are tracking cookies on my computer. I've made several attempts to remove these cookies but the warnings still come. I would like to know how to remove these cookies (yieldmanager, adbrite, and system-sys to name a few) from my computer so I dont get the annoying AVG warnings everytime I go online. Wood glue (or also called PVA ((stands for poly-vinyl-acetate)) ) goes on easy, cleans off in water, is quite cheap, and readily accepts varnish overcoats. Any generic brand will do fine, it's all the same stuff. As for varnish, make sure you get a clear one, gloss if you want it to look shiny, matte if you don't. As before, most brands will be very similar, it just depends on your budget. By the way, that sounds like it would look really cool! Good luck!

Set of physical symptoms sound like?

I have been having some health problems and have been to a doctor without much help. I had a terrible episode of a sciatic nerve flare up about a month ago and it subsided with anti inflamitories..I also have had returning bladder infections and hip and foot pain. I do have arthrisits but it is midly painfull for now... The sciatic nerve started to hurt me again about a week ago and I took the anti inflamitory- I also had a lot of pressure in ocks as if I had to have a bowel movement but I didnt... After the A.I. I started to bleed like I was on my period but I wasnt due, it only lasted one shot along with a lot of liquid...the pain went away... I am due to see a gynocologist near the end of the month but I really wish I could put these symptoms together. I also get back pain on and off and have a hard time sleeping due to the pressure on my hips or ocks. Last symptom,I keep puttting on weight.

Sims 3 Wii Reviews Pls!!!! (5 ques.)?

I just got The Sims 3 Monday and it is a lot different than The Sims for Gamecube (which I normally play-I have never played the PC version). It takes a little getting used to but so far I like it. I noticed that my Wii does make some funny noises when I play but as far as slowing it down I would say no. You use the Wii remote to point at objects and the nunchuck to walk your Sim. I think it is really fun the only thing I don't like is you have to walk your Sim instead of pointing at things to make them go there. It is not too hard, but it did take me a day or so to figure out the controls and get into the groove of things. Overall-I think it is a great game and would recommend buying it!!!!!!

Natural selection doesnt make any sense as an explanation for how things came to be. I guess strong species of animals kill weak ones. But, the killing is usually cyclical, where animals are killed off but reproduce to keep their populations in balance. Generally, extinction seems to occur like when something like an asteroid hits the planet or people kill them off constantly enough. So I guess, people can killl them off and in that instance, natural selection is true. But even fossils are symmetrical. So the whole idea that beneficial mutations beat out negative mutations to get the symmetry we see doesnt seem likely to me, because if it was, there'd at least be some sort of fossil that DID have random positions of feet and hands and arms and all that. Theistic evolution i suppose is plausible. But even the whole tree of life thing that says that every living thing, could it be upside down?. Whatever killed the dinosaurs, killed most of life on the planet, So would it not stand to reason that a lot of the fossils of extinct animals are NOT of weaker animals waiting to evolve into something better, but of animals that, like the dinosaurs, became extinct around the same period, because of the same asteroid impact? Not only that but a m extinction should cut evolution off from occurring over billions of years to having to occur over only hundreds of millions of years. Yet. Supposably evolution can only occur if you give it over tons and tons of generations so any changes are supposed to be too small to even observe. Sure, microscopic organisms can change and be observed and "mutate", but does that mean they can become a bear or a functioning person even if you give them a billion years? Animals can reproduce within their kind. Different breeds of dogs can obviously mate. But that doesnt mean a person and a monkey, who are apparently evolutionary cousins, can mate and have a Humonkey or something does it? Its kinda gross to think about, but over the years im sure people have tried different disgusting things or experimented and no ones come up with any breed of human-monkeys. So how then does evolution account for symmetry if even ancient fossils are symmetrical? I just do not see how it makes any logical sense.

it comes with 155mb which sometimes is not sufficient, especially if you take hi-res pictures and videos. I would suggest getting a 2gb memory card. Do not go for a cheap one. I had a cheap one for 3 months and couldnt figure our why a song would skip and why it took forever to scroll thru the pictures I had taken. I upgraded to a Kingston memory card and that problem was solved.

Why do i get this wired feeling when i have ?

Their powder and cream blushes are also very pigmented and I would say are another great products from MAC. One of my personal favourites are their paint pots which provide a great all over colour or base (no need to use an eyeshadow primer when you use one of these). Although many people love the black track fluid line I find that it dries a lot quicker than other liners and for that reason I would give this product a thumbs down (it's excellent when it's not dry though). Ive had lice for like 6 months straight n ive tried lice treatments, lice shampoo, and the mayonaise thing and n constantly usin the nit comb. I washed everything in hot water n spayed my funiture with the lice killing spray. every year the night before halloween i have the same dream. me, my mom, dad, and sister are all in our living room, and im playing with a sky dancer(a toy i used to have when i was like 6, it has a base and a flying fairy. in the dream it even had the chewed on wing-it really had one on the real toy). then a witch, vampire, and a werewolf come out of the kitchen, trying to take the base of the skydancer. they take it and then say that we have 1 hour to hide the fairy dancer part. so we go on and then in exactally one hour they are back, while we run around trying to hide it. we always end up hiding it in out unfinished basement in the chimney for our to-be fireplace. but inside it is an alligator. so we get it hidded and when they look for it-the alligator eats them, and I get the base part back. then i wake up. it has happened every year since 2001(i was 11). what does it mean?

Hi I have buy me a vista ultimate cause I need Czech language there instaled. But I cant upload it cause it say no need this instal. Error code 00002. I was able use this before service pack 1 come out, then i could not upload service pack 1 because was not supported in Czech language. I have removed the language and was able upload service pack 1 and 2 for vista. But cant get back the language and I try like 100 times, even restarted PC as error 2 means..no luck at all. One of my favorite books is one that may be out of print now. It was a sci-fi novel by Clifford D. Simak called “City.” The story consists of about 8 chapters, each one of which is in itself a short story. A relegation system would be good because it would certainly stop tanking. I just cant see it happening though because the league is fine the way it is now. I messed up my diet and I need help!?

I started my diet about a week ago. I would eat either a nutrigrain bar or 1/2 cup of Raisin Bran for breakfast. A small meal for lunch and a fruit or vegetable to snack on in the evening. I wouldn't eat after 8:00 p.m. and I would just drink water all day. But today I had a nutrigrain bar for breakfast then chicken fajitas, beans, guacamole, salsa and chips later in the day.
